English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be English writing and presenting.

All submitted manuscripts to ICESA 2019 shouldn't  be published or under consideration anywhere else.

The accepted formats for submission are (DOC, DOCX or PDF).

All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

Please send your paper to  Easy Chair System, your submission will be confirmed immediately by the system.                                                                                                                                                              

If you do not want paper publication, you can only submit your abstract.
