English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be English writing and presenting.

All submitted manuscripts to ICTAES 2025 shouldn't  be published or under consideration anywhere else.

The accepted formats for submission are (DOC, DOCX or PDF).

All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

A soft-copy of the full-length manuscripts should be submitted electronically  Microsoft CMT.Alternatively, if the full paper is't intended for publication, only the abstract may be submitted
